Shipping time varies by location. However, you may receive your items earlier. These are our estimates:

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small time to correct a wrong shipping address. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have entered a wrong shipping address.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong address, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

Multiple Orders:

Note: When we receive multiple orders, then sometimes we dispatch items separately. We receive stock from different suppliers at different times of the day and we dispatch your items when they arrive to get them to you as soon as possible!

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Kiwi Picks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, then please report to your respective shipping carrier which is provided in your tracking information email being sent to you.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they think it is unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package, e.g. A work address or a close friend’s address.
